This charming hotel in Venice is located in a quiet little square called Campo San Giovanni Novo, just a few minutes away from St Mark's Square. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing great service from the moment of check-in. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the nicely equipped bathrooms to the spartan but friendly front desk. The breakfast, included in the room rate, is served promptly at 7:30 am and offers a satisfactory start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location in the quiet little square called Campo San Giovanni Novo was perfect. It was easy to drag our luggage from the nearest vaopetto stop, as there were no bridges to cross. it was conveniently located near the train central station. Being by the big canal added to the charm of the surroundings. The breakfast provided at the hotel was amazing with a great variety of foods. The staff was excellent, they were very helpful and informative, and friendly. They couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort and ease for a perfect holiday.

Great location near main attractions, quiet area. Access to main hotel for breakfast in beautiful dining area/courtyard. Enjoyed outside lounge to relax. Obliging, helpful staff. Room comfortable, warm. Nice big bathroom. Upgraded due to crutches. 4min walk from water taxi stop "F". 10min walk from Rialto bridge. Clean rooms, AC amazing. Left luggage and explored on check out day. A lot of food and shops closeby. View of canals from room.

Fabulous location, very clean, helpful staff, good recommendations for local food, comfortable room.
